We can set you up with a brand new phone number for texting. There are restrictions on enabling an existing phone number.

Your Legal Business Name

Enter your legal business name exactly as registered. This is required to provision texting.

Why your exact legal name matters. Carriers verify your business against The Campaign Registry before texting can be enabled. The name must match your official registration exactly — even small differences (abbreviations, a missing "LLC") can delay approval.

Why we ask for your EIN. Your EIN is required by carriers to enable business texting. For your security, we'll collect it through a secure channel rather than this form — your PM will confirm how.

If you're hoping to port a Non-Fixed VoIP, the timing of this will depend on your carrier. We can't speak to these timelines as they're outside of our control, but they may take up to 4 weeks in some instances.

⚠️ One Number, One Texting Provider

Texting isn't like email — only one provider can send texts from a number at a time. Enabling texting through Agency Revolution means you won't also be able to text from this number through another provider (RingCentral, HawkSoft, AMS360, AgencyZoom, etc.).
