Connecting Instagram? Check these first. Instagram has a few requirements set by Meta: your account must be a Business or Creator account, and it must be linked to a Facebook business page you have full access to. Connecting happens through Facebook, not a direct Instagram login. If you need to convert a personal Instagram account, Meta can take up to 48 hours to process it — so it's worth starting that now.

You'll authorize each platform yourself by logging into it directly during setup — we never need your social passwords. Having the right person available (someone with admin access to the pages) makes this quick.
